Fintech, start-ups and the perfect role

- a new podcast on finding it all.

I recently sat down with Mike Baliman of the London Fintech Podcast and spoke about getting a job in tech no matter what age or stage you’re at. I delved into the ways of finding the perfect job if you’re already working in the tech industry and thinking about moving on to something new, or if you’re wanting to break into the tech industry for the first time.

As specialists in helping those inside or outside the tech industry to find their dream roles within start-ups, Santa Monica Talent has a vast amount of experience in the various industries that those searching for roles might want to pursue further.

I, myself, have seen first hand how this has been done over the years and wanted to share my insights, tips and guidance with you so that you may be able to benefit from this too.

This is a project that I am excited to share with you and I would love to know your thoughts. Whether you’re in your dream role in a start-up or you’re looking to move on from your current role, please do feel free to drop me an email to let me know your thoughts - I’d love to hear from you.

You can take a listen to the podcast here.

Happy listening!
